TESTIMONIALS

What our clients are saying

“Nick has been supporting me following my accident. He’s been nothing but supportive and kind throughout that time. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, he’s been more than happy to help and he’s liaised with all manner of professionals to help provide me with care, facilities, life opportunities and experts who can give sound medical advice. He always brings a positive attitude to our meetings and is one of the most reliable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!”

Mr L, Client based in Nottingham

“I have had the pleasure of working alongside Nick where he has been instructed as a treating Occupational Therapist as part of a multi-disciplinary team. He has a very calm and logical approach to assessing and resolving difficulties that arise for clients with complex injuries and needs. His reports and assessments provide great insight and often vital information about the needs of clients. Nick contributes well to multi-disciplinary meetings, he offers practical solutions to problems that may arise, and provides much needed support to the individual client.”

Partner, Nottingham Law Firm

“I've been working with Nick Snowden for the past couple of months now and since I've been working with Nick and my new case manager, my life has totally turned around and I'm on a new course of life.”

Mr W, Client based in Derby

“I rather famously didn’t get on with case managers, so the lady that works with my finances said she’d find me another case manager and she found Nick for me. I’ve always got along with Nick and where he can, he’s always done his best to help me.

As I say I’ve never got on with case managers, but I always have with Nick. I’m not stupid and my main problem was that my previous case managers used to talk to me in a patronising way. I’m always looking for it so if there was the slightest hint of that with Nick, I’d notice straight away but I never have with Nick.

Nick has been my case manager for over 3 years now and I’ve never had a problem with him. Nick is very patient and I’ve always liked the way he talks to me.”

Mr C, Client based in Worcester.

“I have worked with Nick for several years, and he has a great rapport with clients who can sometimes be difficult to engage.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. ”

Louise Denzel, Case Manager

“Having worked alongside Nick for many years as a case manager, I was aware of his skill, dedication and creative approach to complex situations. His communication skills, client led approach to therapy and creativity in managing difficult situations have always impressed me.  I have since instructed Nick as the treating occupational therapist on two complicated matters where client's were resistant to accepting formal therapy.  Nick quickly built a rapport with both clients and agreed achievable client centred goals.  Both client's are flourishing. Nick is a superb therapist, a true team player and I would have no hesitation in recommending him or instructing Promote in the future.”
